Jersey is from the 2003 pre-season with light wear -- a few burns on the elbows.
Often forgotten, Scott Young played 1322 games and had over 843 points at the NHL level putting him in the top 25 American-born scorers in pretty much all offensive categories. Not too shabby for a guy that played a pretty decent chunk of his career with perennial losers, the Hartford Whalers and Quebec Nordiques.
Best season came in 2000-01 with the St. Louis Blues when he tallied 40 goals and 33 assises for 73 points.

Set 2. Shows very light wear as Avery had two home jerseys made up for his 8 games with Hartford. This is the jersey he wore in 3 of his 4 home games including his widely covered debut on February 14, 2009. Hartford is where Avery ended up following his NHL suspension for his 'sloppy seconds' comment. Very light wear with a few light stick marks on the front and some light burns on the sleeves. Photomatched by the Hartford sponsor patch position.

Nameplate sewn on. Numbers sewn on. Name in Russian. This was the first season when the Red Army/CSKA and legendary Soviet and CSKA head coach Viktor Tikhonov split up, with this jersey belonging to Viktor Tikhonov's newly established HC CSKA. Notice the penguin logo features the XK letters, which signify Hockey Club in Russian. All the jerseys prior to this season did not have the XK letters. As with most Russian jerseys, this one stunk so bad, I had to wash it.
