Set 2. Shows very light wear as Avery had two home jerseys made up for his 8 games with Hartford. This is the jersey he wore in 3 of his 4 home games including his widely covered debut on February 14, 2009. Hartford is where Avery ended up following his NHL suspension for his 'sloppy seconds' comment. Very light wear with a few light stick marks on the front and some light burns on the sleeves. Smart too -- smart enough to know that, while he absolutely could have brought his game and followers to the low minor leagues for a few hundred bucks per week, he knew his true talents were social media.
This jersey shows light wear. All sewn except the captain C which is glued on.

Sleeve numbers are sublimated, back numbers are sewn, as is the nameplate. Shoulder and front crest are embroidered.
Lighter wear with just a few marks...but Powell is one of the most efficient players I've ever seen on defense. Seemingly does almost nothing...but always putting up points. That's high praise.

Light wear with just a few marks on the sleeves. Canadiens COA -- not that that's worth anything as they issue them for GI's decades after the fact. This is likely a GI for the playoffs...which the Canadiens failed to make. Either way, Montreal keeps their whites looking pristine.
Lachance was traded to the Canadiens a couple weeks before the trade deadline on March 9, 1999 and played 17 games for the Habs that season.
Connecticut can lay claim to Brian Leetch, Craig Janney, Max Pacioretty, Chris Drury, Cam Atkinson, Ron Hainsey, Nick Bonino, Colin Wilson, and Jonathan Quick. Even Jeremy Roenick would be under the umbrella of a Connecticut raised player.
And, sure, there are a number of first round picks from Connecticut...but the earliest pick still belongs to Scott Lachance -- drafted 4th overall in 1991 by the NY Islanders.
