LaBarbera played three games for the Monarchs, all at home and two in this jersey. Shoulder features 5th Anniversary logo. Acquired direct from the team via auction.

Jersey shows evidence of a nameplate change and captain's C removal as it was also worn at the tail end of the 2010-2011 season by Oren Eizenman.
