Set 2. Very light wear -- most of the wear looks to have come from repeated laundering. My guess is that the Monarchs dry clean just like Los Angeles does. Catholic Medical Center patch and 'A' sewn on. Shoulder features 5th Anniversary logo. Acquired direct from the team via auction.

Set 1. Name sewn on to a airknit nameplate. Mesh underarms. Heavy wear with stick marks everywhere, board burns, holes, and repairs all over the sleeves. Fight strap has been shortened.
John Jakopin was Fedor Tyutin's defensive partner during the 2003-04 season and molded Tyutin from a very green rookie into an NHL mainstay.
No surprise that Jakopin was loaned to Binghamton at the same time Tyutin was called up.

The Rimouski jerseys of the late nineties are one of the best styles around and the home whites are few and far between.
