Johnson only played one game for the Falcons -- in this jersey -- at home on November 4, 2011 against the Adirondack Phantoms. Took a holding and high sticking penalty in the game.
Signed on the front by the entire team -- comically signed by Brett Lebda who also wore #21 later in the season (one week later). I suspect this signed jersey was a raffle prize at some point during the 2011-2012 season.
In the process of washing all of the autographs out.
