At the World Cup in 2004, Team Canada recognized those Canadian Olympic teams who came before them by wearing this throw-back style jersey first worn by the Winnipeg Falcons, gold medal winners at the 1920 Winter Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium.
Wear is minimal besides a small mark on the left shoulder. Nike's inventory bar is heat sealed in the lower hem (something only done on the team's game uniforms).
Canada wore this alternate, third style for their first game of the tournament, a match-up against Team USA.

This is an inaugural year Falcons jersey originally worn by Steven Yule and recycled to Thompson with evidence of a nameplate change.
First year Falcons jerseys only had CCM on the rear hem without an AHL patch next to it.

No wear as Kron left the Czech training camp days before the 1996 World Cup of Hockey tournament began due to a nagging groin/abdominal injury.
Probably for the better as the Czechs were embarrassed with three losses in the round robin portion of the tournament and were eliminated.
Name, crest, and numbers are all sewn. Meaningless Nike inventory barcode heat-screened into the inner rear hem too.
Originated from the NHLPA collection and purchased in the Fall 2012 Classic Auctions auction.
